I move that this House:



Notes that the Minister for Roads,Maritime and Freighthas indicated that planning for the widening of Hillsborough Road is well underway.


Notes that the final Lake Macquarie Traffic Study which includes the recommendations for the planning of Hillsborough Rd upgrades is yet to be released.


Condemns the Minister for a lack of transparency in regards to the the future of Hillsborough Road.


Calls on the Government to come clean about the future of Hillsborough Road.
