Notes that Hillsborough Road is one of the busiest roads in the Hunter and achoke point for traffic travelling between Newcastle and Lake Macquarie.
Notes that it has been twoyears since the tragic death of Jade Frith while trying tocross this road.
Acknowledges that the residents of Hillsborough continue to experiencesignificant delays in exiting their suburb.
Notes that the upcoming budget will bethe last budget to be delivered by theGovernment in this parliamentary term.
Calls on the Government to fund complete upgrades of Hillsborough Road inthe 201819 Budget.
