If the independent review of Myuna Bays closure concludes that the site is at risk, then a plan should be put in place to relocate the centre, and Origin Energy should wear the cost, as it is their operations which will have resulted in the risk. The community shouldnt have to pay for it, nor the staff, nor the taxpayer; and in the meantime, I urge the Minister for Sport to immediately re-open the centre.
